When ordering a full case of a product, enter the case quantity and not the item quantity. For example, if the product comes in a case of 12 and you want the whole case, just enter the product number and “1″ (or 2 if you want 2 cases). If you check the SPLIT button, then you’d need to enter the number of individual items.
